Mr. Chioua Lekhli and I met several years ago, when I had already been struggling with my knees and shoulder for a very long time. Several doctors and physiotherapists had told me to slow down, or even stop completely with several sport activities. He on the contrary just told me to ignore most of it and try alternative ways. Moes taught me how to 'move in the correct way', what basically came down to almost a complete re-programmation of my daily movements. My strength training and (what turned out to be) over-training, was substituted by much more efficient functional training. Additionally we started focusing on triggering and incentivising the mind and body to work together, rather than two separate building blocks. Since then my life quality improved dramatically and I became much more efficient in my daily life. Being able to go through the day without pain or injuries made me stronger and more focused.
